Good morning. Our website and all email accounts ending with moehring.ca and msdd.ca were down all day yesterday due to a major outage with our hosting provider. It looks like we are back up.
The initial volunteer schedule sent out yesterday from my outlook email account. Yes we are aware there are errors and I am sure, now that our emails are working again, our volunteers committee will be following up.
Once we have them finalized we will post on website at mbscenttrials.ca and bring printed copies to the facility,
The current schedule and competition flow layout diagrams are posted. Please be aware these are fluent and may change as circumstances warrant. These are just to give us a starting point for each day.
Reminder to ensure you have NEXTPUP app installed and ready to go on your phone or tablets or computer. On your tablet or computer you can access it by going to nextpup.app/login
Also the competition flow diagrams are available on NEXTPUP as well. I will add the volunteer lists here as well. When you select Diane’s event in NEXTPUP on your mobile, you will see options for View Running Order, View Maps, Volunteer. Select the View Maps option and all documents are there. We may be activating the volunteer tab if needed as well. If you see a task here just select it and it will notify us that you will do that task. Currently there are none listed.
